18. My web browser asks me if I want to save or open the file. What should I do?
When downloading media, your web browser may ask whether you want to save the file or open it from its current location. It is always recommended that you choose to save the file to a directory on your computer's hard drive. This way you will have access to the media at a later date without having to download it again. After the download is complete, you can access the media by …
19. I thought all media was FREE. Why cannot I access all of the media?
There are different levels of membership. The FREE membership, for which there is no cost, allows you to access a lot of the media in the library. To gain access to the media which is not FREE, you need to upgrade your membership to a level to access the products & rights that you want. STANDARD membership entitles you to access to almost all the media for personal use only.
20. I just downloaded and saved a file to my hard drive, but I forgot where it is. How can I find it?
This is a common problem and the solution is very easy. Normally your web browser defaults to the same directory for every download, until you change it. An easy way to find out the download directory is to simply start another download. When asked, choose to save the file to your hard drive and the "Save As" window will appear, revealing your download directory.
21. How do I install your programs (what's a .ZIP file)?
Installation varies from program to program; most of the programs have their own installer (these files end in an .EXE); you simply need to double-click on the icon and follow the directions.

Some files are in a compressed format called "PKZIP", which makes the download size smaller and speeds up how quickly you can download it. In order to use a program that has been compressed like this, you need a utility that will expand it back up to its original size. There are many utilities like this, but the easiest is probably WinZip. It's a relatively small and very easy to use program, and you'll find it immensely useful the more time you spend downloading things off of the net, since a very large amount of the information is compressed using utilities similar to this. Once you have downloaded and installed it, click Open or Run this program from its current location.

22. What is an eBook?
eBook is short for “electronic book”, a digital version of a print book that offers the convenience, access, and unique capabilities of the digital realm. Books aren't paper, print and binding. They're the inspiration and perspiration; the ideas and concepts; the love and labor of people who have to communicate with others. Paper is nothing more than the way many of those books are packaged and delivered. Most eBook formats allow you to skim through pages, digitally bookmark pages, add notes and do other things you do with regular books.
23. What is an eReader eBook?
eReader is a new format of eBooks which allows you to read eBooks on your PDA.
24. Can I print out an eBook?

The latest version of Internet Explorer can be downloaded for free on the Microsoft website. Hardware requirements are very low. If your computer can run Windows, then it most likely run all of the media contained in the library. Please note that most of the software is NOT compatible with Mac or Linux.
27. Do I need to be connected to the internet when I am reading the eBooks?
No. You only have to be connected to the internet when you are downloading them.
However some eBooks contain links which will require you be connected to the Internet in order to use.
28. What's the difference between Giveaway Rights and Resell Rights & Master Resell Rights?
Very simply, products with giveaway rights means that you are free to pass on that eBook or software at no cost to anyone. You sometimes are not even allowed to sell it. You can find these rights usually stated at the beginning of eBooks or somewhere in a text file included with the software.
29. What are resale rights?
You are free to sell products with Resale Rights for any price and are royalty free so you keep all the money yourself. These products come with pre written sales pages, product images, and even thank you pages. They usually have a suggested retail price listed. Sometimes they may have required minimum retail prices or certain things you aren't allowed to do such as bundling them or giving them away for free without permission. Most of the time you are allowed to give them to your customers and members as if they paid for something such as another product or a membership fee.
30. What are Master Resale Rights?
You can give products with Master Resale Rights away, resell them, bundle them, create new information packages or include them in your own membership sites such as this one AND you can pass on the resell rights to others so that when you sell that product to someone, they can turn around and sell it to someone else. Master Resell Rights usually cost more but give the owner more control. Master Resell Rights do vary a little depending on the product creator. Be sure to abide be the license rights included with each individual product.
31. What are Private Label Resell Rights?
You get the source files for products with Private Label Resell Rights so that you create a new product from them and call them your own. You can edit the content, add to them, remove certain parts, create new images, redo the sales page and repackage the entire product. You could even use the text content to create a niche website theme, online e-course, or break a large file into mini reports. You could then take the product you redid and give it away, resell it, bundle it, create new information packages or include them in your own membership sites such as this one. Unless otherwise stated in the private label rights, you could sell the resell rights to others. So when you sell that product to someone, you could offer them the resell rights as well for a higher price so they can turn around and sell it to someone else. Private label rights are usually the most expensive form of rights to buy but as you can see the owner has full editing control and can create new products from the source files.
32. What are Generic Resell Rights or Resale Rights?
With Generic Resell Rights you are the owner of the product, for example the book's author, so you can sell the product AND also sell the resell or resale rights to the product.
33. What are Customization Rights?
The owner of the product allows you to customize certain or all the links within the product with your own affiliate or other links.
34. What are Reprint Rights?
Reprint Rights allow you to reprint the product BUT not to sell it for money. Typically reprint rights allow you to give away products FREE as bonuses or incentives for visitors to your website or recipients of your newsletter or ezine.
35. Do I have to follow any rules when I resell products?
Yes. Some rules/guidelines have to be followed when reselling media but will depend on the rights of the package. These guidelines are usually specified on the front page of eBooks or in text files included with other forms of media.
36. Can I bundle individual products contained inside the library to resell as packages?
